Meeting Rooms

Contact any staff member at 519-538-1060 ext 1123 to book the boardroom or smaller meeting room.

Boardroom

  • - Available for free to registered non-profit groups - Others by donation
  • - air conditioned
  • - seats up to 20 people comfortably
  • - projector screen for presentations
  • - projector is included with rental of room (staff time and equipment may require a fee)
  • - wireless high speed Internet
  • - kitchen and washroom facilities

Meeting Room (Formally called History Room)

  • - Available for free to registered non-profit groups - Others by donation
  • - seats up to 6 comfortably
  • - wireless high speed Internet
  • - washroom facilities

Invoices are available upon request.

Please note that both meeting rooms are located on the second floor and there is no wheelchair access and no elevator in the building.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
