Bus Service
A Greyhound service is available for travellers needing inbound and outbound transportation. Service to Owen Sound and Collingwood is available daily. These cities also connect to further cities such as Barrie, Toronto and Guelph.

Airport Transportation
Any of the local taxi companies will take fares to Toronto International Airport. Also offering fares is:

Georgian Handivan
The Georgian HandiVan is available to any resident of the Municipality of Meaford who is physically disabled or has mobility limitations due to age or infirmity.
Service may be used for:
• Going to work
• Appointments or Meetings
• Shopping
• Recreation
• Visiting friends
• Going anywhere between Collingwood and Owen Sound
An attendant or companion is automatically eligible to use the HandiVan when they accompany a person of limited mobility.
A few reminders for when the van is on its way:
• Be ready to board
• Show your eligibility card and pay your fare
• The driver will assist you in getting on and off the Van, if required.

Canadian Cancer Society – Volunteer driver program
If you are undergoing treatment for cancer, the Canadian Cancer Society has volunteer drivers who can help with rides to appointments if you are unable to get there on your own. Contact them for more information.

Home and Community Support Services of Grey Bruce
Home & Community Support Services provides a number of programs - "Helping you remain independent and safe in your home"
Services include: day away, volunteer transportation to appointments, meals on wheels, friendly visiting & housekeeping. There is a set fee for services.
